Get H121Wellness by email: practical workforce wellbeing for care-business owners, registered managers, care workers and family carers.
Some issues will mention wellbeing products from Forever Living, for your own use, with a link to the H121Wellness Forever shop. H121Wellness is run by H121Group Limited. The shop belongs to an independent Forever Business Owner who runs H121Group, not an employee of Forever, who earns from purchases made through those links. Nothing in this newsletter is medical advice.
H121Group Limited sends this newsletter and is the data controller. We use your email address only to send it to you. We don't pass it to anyone else, apart from the email service that sends it for us, and never to Forever Living. You'll get a confirmation email first: you're not subscribed until you click the link in it. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.

What we collect, and why
If you subscribe: your email address, and your name if you choose to give it. We use it only to send you the H121Wellness newsletter. Our lawful basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us.
When you read our emails: our email platform records whether an email was opened and which links were clicked. We use this in aggregate to understand what is useful.
When you visit this website: limited technical and analytics data, such as pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type. Non-essential cookies are set only with your consent, via the cookie banner.
If you email us: your email address and whatever you write. We use it to reply. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: answering people who contact us.
What we do not want
Please do not send us health information about yourself or anyone you care for. We do not need it, and we do not ask for it. Nothing in the newsletter is medical advice.
Products, Forever Living and your data
Some issues mention wellbeing products from Forever Living, with links to the H121Wellness Forever shop. Director, who runs H121Group, is an independent Forever Business Owner and earns from purchases made through those links.
We never pass your email address or any subscriber data to Forever Living.
If you follow a Forever link and buy or register, you are dealing with Forever Living, which handles your order and your data under its own privacy notice and terms: Forever privacy notice, Forever terms of website use and Forever returns policy.
Forever's own privacy notice says that limited information, for example your name and status, may be made available to a Forever Business Owner you are connected to. If you register with Forever through one of Director's links, any details Forever shares with him are held by him as an independent Forever Business Owner, separately from this newsletter list, and used only for your Forever orders.
Who else processes your data
beehiiv, Inc.: our newsletter and website platform, acting as our processor. Data is stored in the United States. Transfers are covered by the safeguards in beehiiv's data processing terms.
Google (Google Workspace): our email, if you write to us, acting as our processor.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Subscriber data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After you unsubscribe, your email address is kept on a suppression list only so that we never email you again. Correspondence: up to 24 months after our last exchange.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to our processing, withdraw consent, and receive a copy in a portable format. We don't charge, and we respond within one month. Email [email protected].
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
H121Wellness is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
AI and how we work
We use AI tools in our work and say so openly. We do not put subscriber data into AI tools. A person checks anything AI-assisted before it is published.
Changes
If we change this notice in a way that affects how we use your data, we will tell subscribers by email before the change takes effect.
