H121Wellness Terms of Use

Version 1.0 · Effective 28 October 2026

These terms are for your use of h121wellness.com and the free checklist. By using the site you accept them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

1. Who these terms are with

H121Wellness is run by H121Group Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17480078, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected]. For anything about your personal data: [email protected].

2. What this website is, and isn't

H121Wellness is independent and has no connection with CQC. This site and the checklist are general information about workforce wellbeing in adult social care. They are not CQC guidance, and CQC's own guidance is the authority. You remain responsible for your own compliance.

Nothing here is medical advice, legal advice or professional advice of any kind, and nothing here creates a professional relationship between us. It cannot account for your circumstances, so please take advice specific to your situation before acting. Speak to your GP or pharmacist about your own health.

3. The free checklist

The Workforce Wellbeing Evidence Checklist is free. When you claim it we email it to you, and claiming it also subscribes you to H121Wellness by email, as described in our privacy notice. You can unsubscribe from any email.

You may print the checklist and use it inside your own organisation. You may not sell it, publish it as your own, or remove our name from it.

4. No guarantees of outcome

We describe things honestly and we do not publish results we cannot substantiate. Nothing here is a promise or prediction of any inspection result, rating or outcome for you or your service.

5. Forever Living and referral links

Some issues mention Forever Living wellbeing products, for your own use, with links to the H121Wellness Forever shop. That shop belongs to an independent Forever Business Owner who runs H121Group, not an employee of Forever, who earns from purchases made through those links. We say so wherever it applies.

If you follow a Forever link and buy or register, you are dealing with Forever Living, under its own terms of website use and privacy notice. We are not responsible for Forever's products, service, pricing or handling of your data, and we make no warranty about them. Any decision to buy is yours.

6. Other links

Where we link elsewhere, it's because we think it is useful. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their practices.

7. Our content

The text, layout, graphics, logos and branding on this site and in the checklist belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. "H121Wellness" and our logo are our marks.

You may read, quote briefly with attribution and a link, and share our content. You may not republish substantial extracts as your own, use our name or marks to suggest an endorsement or partnership that doesn't exist, or scrape the site to train a model or build a dataset without our written permission.

8. Acceptable use

Don't try to breach the site's security, interfere with how it works, submit anything unlawful or malicious, or use our contact addresses for bulk unsolicited messages.

9. Our responsibility to you

The site and the checklist are provided free, as general information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on them, including any loss connected with an inspection or its result.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for fraudulent misrepresentation. Nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.

10. Changes, and if part of these terms doesn't apply

We may update these terms. The version number and date at the top show the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own courts.
